The Defensive Pistol 1 course is an intermediate to advanced pistol shooting course that builds on the introduction to defensive pistol course. Students will learn defensive shooting techniques that will likely be required in an actual self defense situation. While mantaining shooting fundamentals, students will be challenged with several shooting drills, injected malfunctions and movement techniques.

Robert Butler is the Owner and Chief Firearms Instructor for Kenaz Tactical Group and an NRA Certified Instructor in 6 disciplines. Robert is also currently a member of the Executive Board at Pikes Peak Gun Club. Further, Robert is an 18 year veteran of the US Army and Army National Guard holding the MOS 12B and 13R.
