It never fails, the Gun Control Advocates will stoop to any level to push through their agenda, even if it means hiding a ban inside another unrelated bill.
Frank Lautenberg (D-NJ) and Chuck Schumer (D-NY) have proposed an amendment to the Cyber Security Bill which would ban the manufacture of magazines with a capacity over 10 rounds. This shameless attempt to hide legislation in another Bill is just that, shameless.
