The U.N. Arms Trade Treaty, which would have negatively impacted Americans rights to keep and bear arms per the Second Amendment, has died. The United Nations continual assault on our rights went down in flames after Senator Moran (R, KS) sent a letter to the President expressing his concern and opposition to the proposed treaty. The letter was signed by 51 Senators.
This is yet another huge victory for Americans and was due in part to the efforts of the National Rifle Association, Gun Owners of America, and thousands of concerned citizens who expressed their concerns over our rights being stripped away by an international organization.
